Refund Policy

Nexora Premium is a digital good that is delivered immediately: the moment your Stripe payment completes, Premium is applied to the Nexora account that made the purchase, and access begins right away.

By completing a purchase you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any 14-day withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to digital content under EU consumer law.

Because access is granted instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final once Premium has been applied to your account. This includes cases where you changed your mind, stopped playing the game, or received a game ban — using the software is at your own risk, as described in the Terms of Use.

Reach out within 7 days of payment and we will make it right if:

• Your payment succeeded but Premium was never applied to your account — we will activate it manually or refund you in full.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• Your payment method was used without your authorization.

The fastest way to get help is the Discord server linked from the homepage. Include the email on your Nexora account and the purchase date.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved within a day. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks result in a permanent ban of the associated Nexora account.
