Nexora provides a read-only software tool (the "cheat") for the game Deadlock, distributed through this website and the Nexora loader. Nexora is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation or Deadlock in any way.

Downloading and using the cheat requires a Nexora account with a verified email address. Free accounts include 1 day of access from the moment of registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything that happens on your account.

One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account or the client files.
• Reverse engineer, repackage, or re-upload the cheat or loader.
• Abuse or attack the Nexora API, website, or infrastructure.
• Use stolen payment methods or commit chargeback fraud.

Using third-party software with Deadlock violates the game's own terms of service. No cheat is 100% safe, and using Nexora can result in a game ban or other action against your game account. You use Nexora entirely at your own risk.

The detection status shown on the website is informational only and is not a guarantee of safety.

Premium access is sold as a one-time payment in EUR via Stripe for the durations listed on the site (7 or 30 days). Premium is applied automatically to the Nexora account that completed the purchase. It is your responsibility to be logged into the correct account when buying.

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks. Bans for abuse or fraud are not eligible for refunds.

Nexora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — including any warranty that the software will remain undetected, uninterrupted, or compatible with future game updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including game bans, lost accounts, or lost purchases, arising from the use of the software.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
